Modern looking earrings with hand-carved concentric onyx circles and 14k yellow gold findings. Well-polished and in excellent condition, these earrings date to about 1880. They are unmarked but have been tested. They measure approximately 2" in length and 1" at their widest. Even though they are onyx, they are not too heavy for normal wear. This unique 18k yellow gold chain has a longer open link. Each one is detailed with flat surfaces and ridged edges. It has a secure box clasp with a beautifully engraved design. Circa 1860 natural shell inlaid with gold and silver. Extremely tiny handiwork that seems to be a completely lost art. This cross is carved into a beautiful scalloped shape and has a floral motif inlaid on the top. It measures approximately 1.5" long and 1" across. The shell is 3/16" thick.
